Sugar Bear Ski School and Polar Bear Snowboard School is located in the Children’s Learning Center inside the Ski/Snowboard School Building. The programs teach skiing to Sugar Bear kids ages 5 – 10 and snowboarding to Polar Bear kids 7-14. Full-day registration is from 8:30 – 9:30am with the session running from 10:00am – 3:00pm. You may pre-register for the full-day program the night before from 4:00pm – 7:00pm in the Ski/Snowboard School building. The half-day program runs from 1:00pm – 3:00pm with registration from 12:30 – 1:00pm. The Sugar Bear Ski and Polar Bear Snowboard programs include slope / lift ticket, rental equipment including helmet, group lesson, lunch (full-day only), and supervision. Polar Bear Snowboard School – This program is for youngster’s 7-14 years old and includes slope / lift ticket, rental equipment including helmet, lesson and lunch. Drop off childcare at Sugar Mountain Resort is open seven days a week from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Childcare is available after 5:30pm with reservations. Infants 1 year and under require a reservation and 24-hour advanced notice. Call for start and end date.
