Group Sales

Sugar Mountain Resort’s Group Sales looks forward to assisting your group in planning your winter sports vacation. We strive to make your experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Our staff will provide your group with Orientation Information, Lift/Slope Tickets, Rental Equipment and Lessons so you can “Hit the Slopes” with ease! The following instructions and recommendations are designed to help you, the Group Leader, and your group of 15 or more have an enjoyable experience at Sugar Mountain Resort. Group rates are available seven (7) days a week. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance of your trip.

Upon approval children 4 and under qualify for a $4 lift/slope ticket obtained in the administration office or the ski/snowboard school building. This does NOT include rental equipment and lessons. The child must be present and accompanied by a ticketed adult.

2026-27 Group Sales Lesson Rates

Available for ages 8 and older only	Per Lesson
Ski or Snowboard Group Lesson (1.5 hours)	26

Group rates apply to groups with 15 or more people ONLY. Your group will receive one complimentary lift/slope ticket for every 15 paying skiers/snowboarders. For example, 15 paying skiers and/or snowboarders means the 16th lift/slope ticket is free, 30 paying skiers and/or snowboarders means the 31st and 32nd skiers’ lift/slope tickets are free, etc. At least 15 people must ski and/or snowboard during a session to receive the group rate. Payment must be made in one form.

IMPORTANT: Your lift/slope ticket and rental equipment are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Resort does not assume any responsibility for lost lift/slope passes. No replacements. Everyone must have a valid lift/slope ticket and proper equipment at all times to enter any slope system or embark on any lift. No grace period at Sugar Mountain ski area. Management reserves the right to revoke ticket for misconduct.

All prices and policies subject to change without notice.

Operation and event dates and details are subject to change at any time due to weather and other variables.

Our lift equipment requires routine maintenance. Although every precaution is taken; in rare cases, grease may drip from lift equipment. Sugar Mountain Resort is not responsible for grease on clothing or equipment. This is an inherent risk of the sport. The speed of lifts may be reduced due to wind or other factors.
