Sugar Mountain Resort’s spectacular Fourth-of-July fireworks show can be viewed from the mountain’s 5,300′ peak on Saturday, July 2nd. The fireworks show, sponsored by the Village of Sugar Mountain Tourism Development Authority, will begin around 9:30pm. The Summit Express chairlift will run from 10:00am until 10:00pm on Saturday, July 2nd and Monday, July 4th for special mountain peak fireworks viewing.

Every weekend beginning July 1 and ending Labor Day Sunday from 10am until 5:30pm Sugar’s high-speed, six passenger chairlift, the Summit Express, will transport guest’s to one of North Carolina’s highest peaks and back down again.
