Caroline Washam will be hosting a women’s only (sorry guys) gravity mountain bike camp at Sugar Mountain Resort on Saturday, October 12. A day with Caroline is sure to develop and improve anyone’s gravity skills and inspire the inner tiger. “When it comes to coaching, I see no limit to the opportunities,” says Caroline.
Kids are going to have so much fun they won’t want to go home after participating in Sugar Mountain Resort’s Gravity Mountain Bike Camp, July 1-3. And on July 6, take a hike from the base of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort to its summit as a participant in the third annual Summit Crawl competition. Experience a fireworks show at eye level from the Mountain’s summit during the 9 p.m., Fourth-of-July celebration.
Run, hike, climb, or crawl as fast as you can to Sugar Mountain’s 5,300-foot peak by way of the Easy Street, Gunther’s Way, and Northridge slopes on Saturday, July 6, when Sugar Mountain Resort hosts its third annual Summit Crawl.
This summer and fifty years later, a four-seater, detachable, high-speed chairlift will be installed replacing Sugar Mountain Resort’s original, two passenger, fixed-grip Easy Street chairlift.
