Lift/Slope Ticketing
Sugar Mountain Resort is excited to introduce SKIDTA, a new RFID chip-based lift/slope ticketing system. Upon your initial on-site purchase, you will receive a personalized RFID card with your name and customer code displayed on it. Your reuseable RFID lift/slope card can be reloaded online www.skisugar.com/reload or on-site beginning one day prior to your next visit from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. or until sold out. Always keep your lift/slope card on you. Ticket holders are not guaranteed parking. Parking is first-come, first-served.
All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, or transferred. Sugar Mountain Resort does not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, or open terrain. Your credit card account will be charged for the total amount of your purchase, regardless of if the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and unused lift/slope cards cannot be used for future purchases.
Your lift/slope card is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Resort does not assume any responsibility for lost lift/slope cards/passes. No replacements. Everyone must always have a valid lift/slope card to enter any slope system or embark on any lift. Management reserves the right to revoke lift/slope card for misconduct. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
Using someone else’s ticket/pass is illegal! Violation of municipal ordinance Title XIII: General Offenses, Chapter 120.01 Ski Pass may result in a $500 fine and loss of pass.
Tubing and Ice-Skating Ticketing
With Sugar Mountain Resort’s new RFID chip-based ticketing system tubing and ice-skating ticket sales are online ONLY www.skisugar.com/buytickets (no on-site tubing or ice-skating purchases) and can be purchased one day prior to your visit beginning at 8 a.m. until sold out. After your initial online tubing or ice-skating purchase, you will receive a QR Code. Upon arrival proceed to the tubing or ice-skating venue check-in window. There, you will present the QR code to receive your personalized RFID card with your name and customer code displayed on it. Your reuseable RFID tubing or ice-skating card can be reloaded online beginning one day prior to your next visit beginning at 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. or until sold out. Always keep your tubing or ice-skating card on you. Ticket holders are not guaranteed parking. Parking is first-come, first-served.
