Upon arrival your group may disembark from your van/bus in front of the resort. Parking attendants will direct the driver to the nearest available parking space. While the group leader handles the pickup/payment in the group sales office, the group leader should direct all members of their party to wait in the locker room, on the 3rd floor of the cafeteria, or remain outside. To avoid congestion, please do not allow your group to congregate in the hallway outside the group sales office. The payment transaction will cover lift/slope tickets, equipment & clothing rentals, and group lessons only. We ask that you have exact numbers for your group prior to arrival.
The group leader (one person only please) should come to the group sales office to pay for and pick up lift/slope tickets, rental forms, and lesson vouchers. Payment may be made with cash, organization check, traveler’s checks or approved credit card: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please check the credit limit of your credit card prior to arriving as many cards are unable to process large transactions without your banks approval.
Once you have picked up the lift/slope tickets, go back to your group and distribute them so that each person has the lift/slope ticket specifically assigned to them. If you have completed and sent back the group sales documents prior to your arrival, all rental information will have already been collected. Your group may skip the kiosks and proceed directly to pick up the rental department to pick up their equipment. Members of your group receiving skis will proceed straight past the kiosks to any of the rental stations ahead; while those requesting snowboards will need to go to the snowboard area located towards the left of the kiosks. Once your group has their rental equipment they should, depending on time and/or lessons, proceed to the slopes or the Ski/Snowboard School meeting area located outside of the Ski/Snowboard building.
